I am MD of Apexl Studios, a UK based Digital production company focusing on Web and IRL immersive experiences (bit of an odd split, i know). Most of my career to date has been as a developer, focusing on complex technical implementations, issues, systems or really anything that needs something technically difficult to do. I also lead the engineering / Product design side of the business, which focuses on the production and deployment of technology (Anything from 3D printed mascots to Mind Reading Vending machines) for immersive experiences, Brand activations and so on. We do quite a lot of Photobooths as well!

Founder: 299 + VAT / Month
Normal price: 599 + VAT / Month
1) One, fixed price**. Founding members benefit from 50% off for life
2) Dedicated VM per instance, hosted in the UK - No tenanted systems, and full data ownership.
3) Project management, HR, CRM, Accounts, Inventory etc all in one place
4) Convert your Gemini or other transcribed notes into Tickets, track client comms in the CRM, track per project P&L against real costs (Hourly raters, salary' d costs, NI, Pensions, all built in)
5) Connect to your favourite AI tool via the MCP server, and do everything you need to without even needing to use the interface
6) Data lives in one place, once.
7) Lots else besides, too much to list here.

** AI is something that can be used within the interface, and this does use Tokens so it is possible to use your limit in a month. You can purchase more
** VM Diskspace is a consideration, If you need more, your base costs will go up - but its designed to be costed as a hosting increase, not a need to buy another "tier".
