This is a really well put together and useful app. I've used it for over a year and the tutorials (newly updated) are excellent with clear instructions. You'll be able to do the breathing exercises in minutes and the app has good functionality for keeping track of your results.

I love the reader on this - so crisp. It also remembers where you got to so you can pick up later. There's an extension for Chrome which syncs with your app for reading. All in all, this is a strong book from James Altucher. Although non on the level of Choose Yourself, Guide to Wealth and the Rich Employee, it's a fitting follow on as well as a signal for new things to come from James. Recommended.
