From my experience with it: The fees are not low compared to other exchanges, in particular the Withdrawal fees are very high. Withdrawals are often delayed by days. Btw even their rebate system is dysfunctional. * No details about the limits for verified or unverified accounts found on [https://hitbtc.com/settings/veri...] * "It might take from 3 to 5 business days to get your account verified" found on [https://hitbtc.com/settings/veri...] What happens when you try to withdraw? * HITBTC completely freezes your account. You will not be able to withdraw nor trade. * Support will ignore your tickets unless you will spam all over the internet about the issue. * If you will be lucky enough and get response from the support you will be asked to provide KYC/AML documents. * On any other exchange support would request ALL needed KYC/AML documents in 1 email. But HITBTC is really unique - they will request 1 or 2 documents per email per week. * The KYC/AML document requests are often opaque and repetitive. * If you will be even more lucky and you bite through "introductory KYC/AML procedure" you will be asked to prove source of funds - transaction by transaction. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near minergate's products.

There is nothing worse than having an exchange locking traders accounts and hold their money regardless what excuse is being given by Hitbtc! They are absolutely insolvent....Hitbtc has become a grave yard, three hundreds coins and their daily trading volume is big zero, total trading volumes has dropped way below other exchanges......they lost the crypto community trust! How Hitbt would explain the tons of complains posted by traders on Hitbtc official Reddit and twitter accounts! Hitbtc, stop posting fake reviews, everybody know that you are a total scam!

Been trading on hitbtc for a couple years now, nice to flip.

Pros:

Along with coinbase seem to be the only ones with the head in the game and not the head up their ass hah

Cons:

Improving trading interface, it's a bit slow sometimes.

Probably one of the best trading platform for crypto

Pros:

fees, many cryptocurrencies, some under $0.01

Cons:

some graphics are not clear

Although it looks a bit more complicated than Coinbase - the lower fees are attractive and you can trade a wider range of currencies than on CB. They also run a generous afiliate scheme which is attractive for content creators like me. I tried Kraken but it was just too buggy and unstable.
