I did all my taxes this year with Claude walking me through the whole process. It was honestly perfect. So seeing someone build a dedicated product around this makes total sense. The messy part was always the data, not the AI itself. Curious how Jupid handles bank connections for EU accounts?

Free and open source alternative to iStatMenus? Sold. I've been running Flutter builds and Claude Code sessions at the same time and my M2 starts cooking. Having this in the menu bar without paying a subscription for something that should honestly be built into macOS is nice. Does it track thermals too or just CPU/GPU/RAM?

Ok this solves a real problem. I run Claude Code sessions while my toddler is doing her thing in the other room and I constantly walk back to check if it's done. The Dynamic Island live activity is a nice touch, way better than just checking the terminal. Quick question, does it show the actual prompt/task that's running or just the session status?

The "just type whatever and it figures it out" approach is underrated. I've been building a focus timer app and the biggest UX lesson I keep learning is that fewer inputs = more people actually use it. Does the on-device AI handle stuff like "call dentist sometime next week" or is it more structured than that?

Been using MCP servers since they came out and it's wild how fast the ecosystem is growing. The fact that Notion went official with this instead of leaving it to third-party wrappers is a good sign. Curious — does the read/write access work at the database property level or is it more page-level? For task management setups with lots of relations and rollups, that distinction matters a lot.

Honestly? I trust them more than I expected, but only because I treat them like a junior dev — great at execution, terrible at judgment. I use Claude Code daily to build my app and it's been a game changer for shipping faster. But I always review the code, always test, and never let it make architectural decisions alone. The moment you blindly trust the output is the moment you get a beautiful...

Solo dev here, built a productivity app (Flowmodoro). My approach: the core experience should always be free and genuinely useful on its own. If the free tier feels crippled, people just leave. For me the paid features are the "power user" stuff — detailed stats, achievements, advanced customization. Things that someone who already loves the app will happily pay for because they're hooked on...

40+ keyboard shortcuts?? ok you have my attention 😂 I'm building a productivity app myself and I'm obsessed with keyboard-first workflows — reaching for the mouse when you're deep in flow is painful. The Alt+Arrow navigation between panes sounds super smooth. Definitely trying this out, congrats on the launch! 🚀
