THT is one of the largest communities for educators across India with the main aim to empower educators and help them with better job opportunities. As a coach and an author my role is to inspire the teaching community to share their knowledge and help one another beome better teachers. I coach teachers in entrpreneruship , give lectures as well as train educators to write their own books .
