I'm Tatjana, the founder of apropos.jobs. This idea came from 20 years of coaching. Watching the same pattern over and over. A hire that looked perfect on paper, but didn't work. A talented person giving everything, but it never quite felt right. Every time, the same truth: nobody had failed. The context had. Like watching a Ferrari drive through the desert. Technology can screen and match faster than ever. But speed was never what was missing. Clarity was. So we start somewhere else: with the role itself, and what it actually takes for someone to thrive in it. I believe momentum isn't hired. It's built.
