Hey, I really love the product, but sometimes even the best engineers try to dedicate their time fully in office, hence their personal github might not be having active projects. I have seen engineers with 3 yoe who has built products from scratch, but for a company, not in their account. Just wondering how do you handle this? @raghavb11
