This combination seems to fall through every crack. Phone Link is Windows-only, KDE Connect assumes a Linux desktop, and AirDrop assumes you bought an iPhone.
For years my answer was genuinely just emailing files to myself, or a USB cable when the file was too big. Eventually I got annoyed enough to build something for it Vianta pairs the two devices over local Wi-Fi so files, clipboard and notifications move directly between them, no cloud in the middle.
