Awesome product and amazing team. Cannot wait to have our next virtual get together on Thursday....(we usually have it on fridays, but....) okay that was a bad attempt at a bad dad joke. But Thursday is super awesome!

Why decline? I don't see a harm in adding most of the connection requests i get. You never know when/who might be helpful during our startup journey.
What do you do with new LinkedIn connections?

We got an inbound query on LinkedIn from the founder of another startup. He wanted to use our platform for something we had not even thought of. Finalized commercials on the first call. But this was after months of no paid customers.
How did you acquire your first paid customer and what did you learn from it?

Hi Arvid, my question is - at what point should one monetise SaaS. We are building a product that users seem to love. We have kept it freemium at this point. Should we focus on acquiring more and more users or should we focus on building for the users who are already paying/or willing to pay.
I built and sold a successful SaaS, published two books, and help founders help themselves. AMA π

Started with cold calling potential customers. Gradually refined that pitch. Made the product Freemium and let people play with it. Started building an audience on social media. Lots of hustle and grind.
Founders/makers, how did you discover your first 100 early believers?
