Built a permanent home for indie builder projects — feedback welcome

Hey everyone

I kept running into the same problem as a solo builder you launch something, get a short burst of attention, and then it disappears. Threads scroll away, launch-day spotlights fade after 24 hours, and most co-founder tools are either narrow (VC-track only) or task-focused rather than story-focused.

So I built Startives a permanent showcase for your project. Instead of a 24-hour spike, your project's story (why you built it, what you learned, what's next) stays live and searchable. Other builders can reach out because they connected with your actual story, not because they upvoted it once.

Free to list, no launch-day pressure, no vanity metrics.

I'm not building Startives for money. Here's the honest reason why.

I'll be straight with you.

I don't wake up thinking about revenue. I wake up thinking about the builder somewhere who spent 4 months on a product that could genuinely help people and nobody knows it exists.

That bothers me more than any metric ever could.

My co-founder and I didn't find each other at a networking event or through a LinkedIn DM. It was completely random. I stumbled onto a website, a conversation happened, and that one person became my closest friend. We've since built 2 platforms and a startup together.

How Did You Handle the Co-Founder Conversation Nobody Wants to Have?

Equity. Roles. Vision. Exit goals.

Most founder pairs avoid these conversations until something forces them into it. By then, the goodwill is already gone and the company is paying for it.
