Three decades in enterprise architecture. Eight of them reshaping how airports and airlines serve passengers. I currently lead solutions for APAC region, working at the intersection of aviation operations and digital transformation where the complexity is real and off-the-shelf thinking rarely fits. Before this, I spent years at SITA owning the passenger portfolio, designing highly available, scalable systems built around the realities of airport and airline environments. This involved deep Azure Cloud architecture, robust enterprise integration, and a consistent focus on the end-to-end passenger journey from check-in to gate to baggage claim.
