I can't recall the original thread but I saw the phrase "eternal september" in a slightly pejorative yet patient comment about new entrants to established communities.

So my co-founder and I are building the opposite: talk about what's on your mind, and Narrative quietly surfaces the real intersections between you and the few people you're mutually connected to, then makes it easy to reach out about the thing. No audience, no vanity metrics, no "who viewed you." Just "wait you too?"
I built neverpost because I wanted the frictionless, fast feeling of microblogging without the public noise or algorithmic pressure. It’s a private journal that runs 100% locally on your device via IndexedDB—meaning your thoughts and media never touch a server.
Built as a solo Friday experiment to see if I should ship a native app!
