After a 25-year career in enterprise IT and cybersecurity, I’ve spent the last two years researching how businesses can practically leverage AI. My work centers on grounding AI in company knowledge bases and using agents to automate complex document processing workflows. Driven by a deep frustration with the accuracy, complexity, deployment times, and steep costs of existing market solutions, I decided to build my own product to address these issues.
