Stop Swarm helps you reduce doomscrolling without blocking your apps. Set a daily screen-time goal and use your phone normally. As you approach your limit, visual overlays progressively invade your screen (pixel-art invaders, clouds, rain and more). The longer you scroll, the harder they become to ignore. You choose when the swarm starts and how intense it gets. Your phone stays usable, and you can pause or hide the overlay whenever you need to. No account, no ads, no analytics.
