Name says it all - it really is super-simple to install and use.... so much so that I thought I must have overlooked something! Tried several tools in the past - some of which no longer exist - which I now realise over-complicated things. So much easier to see client feedback directlty on the page when building or updaing a website for them, and saves trying to make sense of their notes in a word doc or screengrabs.
