Love Marsello, I have a small brick & mortar shop and use it primarily as our loyalty program both in store and online and it makes the process seamless. Integration into Shopify is fantastic. I've also used their email campaigns and have had great success with that.

Love Toggl. Tried using QuickBooks Self Employed's Beta Time Tracker but it was cumbersome and lacked basic integration into it's invoicing (which seemed like a no-brainer). Toggl makes it easy to create separate jobs for different clients and it's integration into Chrome's toolbar allows me track time on the fly.
