I think success for me recently is hearing a user find our extension helpful/useful. I believe we're building something with real impact so it's cool when users realize the big picture.

Especially for someone who works remotely and with a small team, it makes brainstorming easier. It feels like I'm talking with another member of the team or a really smart, human version of Google.
