I'm using TMetric to capture my time, and what I like the most is that the app shows my monthly balance - the number of hours I have to work a day, also it logs time on each task I'm busy with, and I can use this info to plan and optimize my workload. With its help, I feel focused and don't lose time.

Also, I like the eat the frog for breakfast time management technique, meaning I deal with the unwanted and complicated tasks in the morning to have an easier rest of the day ahead of me.

I pay for VSCO and Spotify. I like editing photos with VSCO, there are really great filters and editing options there. Spotify is wonderful without ads and it's honestly the best app to listen to music.
