Notion has been my go-to for organizing projects and notes. The flexibility with databases and templates makes it super useful, whether for work or personal stuff. Sometimes it feels a bit slow with larger pages, but overall, it's a solid tool that keeps everything in one place.

Been using PostHog for a bit, and it's pretty solid. The self-hosting option is a big plus, and the event tracking is flexible. The UI could be a bit more polished, but overall, it’s a great tool for product analytics without getting locked into third-party services.
