We just shipped three things we're genuinely excited about. First, a free career discovery quiz, no login required, that uses AI to match your actual interests and answers to real careers, then checks live job demand in your specific location before showing you results. Not another 8-question personality sorter. Second, a free career transition calculator for anyone who already has a target role in mind: it estimates realistic transition time, cost, and salary change based on your current situation. Third, SmartRolePath is now live in 12 countries, with localized job data and currency, not just a translated version of the US experience. All three came directly from people telling us they were stuck choosing a path, or stuck figuring out if switching was worth it. SmartRolePath just expanded to 12 countries

We went from 7 to 12 this week: USA, UK, Singapore, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, India, Philippines, Switzerland, and UAE. Each market gets localized job data and currency, not just a currency converter on top of US data.

Also added a $3.95 one-time option for a single full career report, no subscription. Wanted a lower-friction way for people to try the full product before committing to Pro.

Would love feedback from anyone in these markets on whether the localized data actually feels accurate. That's what I'm most curious about right now.
