Can you share what you're working on in 15 words or less?

I would love to know what you people are working on. Maybe I will find some excellent and exciting tools, SaaS, extensions, or productivity tools that I can share with my audience.

How do you overcome creative block?

Creative block affects everyone at some point, I get it quite often when working on a new idea, normally I use exercise, relaxing, reading and journalling to get to a better state. How about you?

What are the best ways to use gamification to drive engagement in a community?

Points system, badges, leaderboard, recognition. Big fan of how Stackoverflow implemented it without diluting the experience/quality. Any other ideas/examples?

For those in B2B SaaS space, how did you get your first paying customer?

We have been focusing on enterprise accounts but have found the buying process to be very long and slow...so slow that we're running out of money. Our plan is to pivot our market to SMB to try and close faster. Curious to learn how others here got their first SMB customers.

How many times did you pivot?

After 2 years, we pivoted 3 times and it looks like we will pivot 1 more time. I think pivots are essential for startups to survive. What is your story? How many times did you pivot with your startups? P.S. Our product: https://www.bumpy.app
