Interested to hear some of the tools founders use on a day to day! My team discovered tawk.to a few months ago (a free customer support tool). It's been invaluable for collecting feedback, helping customers to use our product, and creating a knowledgebase for support documentation. What are some of your favorite tools?
Since the first moment you had a startup idea, how much time have you invested on it? If it's profitable, how much did it take for you to make it profitable? Could you also talk a bit about your startup idea? Lots of questions but I'm curious about your stories as entrepreneurs, specially the time you've invested on your startups
twitter, linkedin, facebook groups, github, devto, behance, producthunt, indiehackers, medium, komunity, clubhouse, IG, twitch, contra, bumblebizz, zoom, xing, meetups, reddit, in person with a mask . . . what did I miss?
When you have a new idea do you buy the domain straight away or wait a while? I tend to get the domain first hence why I have about 10 unused domains right now
I've always gotten a mixed review around working on weekends. Some prefer it to be a no work zone so they can start the work day week fresh but others like to mix it up. What do you do?

I have 5-6 personal email addresses and want to streamline the whole process by collecting and responding from one place. Please suggest tools/ways/methods to simplify the whole process and increase productivity :)
It would be great if social DMs (Facebook, Twitter, IG) etc could also be handled from the same place. In short, Intercom/Front/Drift like tool but for personal use
Hi makers! As we are approaching the launch, I am busy planning out how do we work with beta users first. I thought it would be nice to make a chat for people participating in beta so we can quickly respond and also people can connect with each other (maybe it can be the starting point of our community, who knows). Right now I have two options at hand: Slack and Discord. Seems like everyone has Slack installed, but it is heavily associated with work. Looks like Discord is a more friendly, but I'm not sure if our audience uses it that much. What do you guys think? Does anyone have experience of setting up a chat for beta users?
Hi Makers! Are you launching soon? It's always nerve wracking coming up to launch day and some feedback can go a long way. Let's help each other out, after you provide feedback to a maker about their product share your product link for feedback. BE SPECIFIC about who your target audience is and how we can help. This thread is for you if you are: (1) launching soon or recently launched (2) looking for beta users (3) asking for feedback on a landing page Happy making

How do you establish if you are building a product that fulfils a need? How do you know you are selling it to the right people? Is it driven just through conversations with customers, or are there other inputs that helps you decide what you are going to do next
