Is it or will it be possible to instruct the coach to pay more attention to / give specific feedback on certain areas / styles in order for the feedback to be in line with what you as a manager already know is an area of improvement for the sales reps or if you have a certain style that you would like you sales reps to be aware of and optimise for?

Fantastic...! I am a big fan (also a bit biased as I know the guys). But, honestly it is now very weird to go back to gmail. Especially the sorting mechanism is priceless for me.
