I prefer remote. I can do everything quickly without the distractions of an office setting.
Do you prefer remote, hybrid or in-person?

Community building is a great way to know your customers. In turn, customers provide relevant data and feedback that can help your product and service to improve. In our company, we use RumbleTalk as a live chat and put out polls every now and then to get feedback from our customers.

Mine was within a website and they used a chat room called RumbleTalk. It was fun since you can enter multiple chat rooms and talk to other participants. The event was all about SEO and marketing; so, I managed to create some connections as well!
Have you hosted or attended a live event for a product launch? How did it go?

You may want to check out RumbleTalk (https://rumbletalk.com/event-chat). We use it for events next to our live stream. It's a chat room for events and websites.

I read this article (https://rumbletalk.com/blog/index.php/2022/03/22/live-chat-qa-polls/) from the chat platform that I was using. Tried to get some feedback with polls, and boom. Engagement went through the roof. Turns out, I was doing it the wrong way. The community loved to be anonymous through polls.

Taking a break on weekends. It's now important for me to take those breaks since burnout is real.

Haven't tried it yet, but I've seen a lot of ads! Seems a lot of fun, but it can be distracting if you're not a focused person!

For me, having a schedule works. Even if my bosses don't really micromanage, I want to have a schedule that works for me so I can be productive in those hours.
