Loom
Loom has completely changed how we give feedback and updates. I use it personally to walk through designs or onboard new hires. My team finds it faster than writing long messages. The interface is lightweight and reliable. We use it almost every day now.

Figma
Figma is a staple for my design team. I personally use it to collaborate in real time on mockups. It’s incredibly smooth and eliminates the need for back-and-forth revisions. We build, comment, and iterate in one place. It’s by far the best design tool we’ve used.

Trello
We’ve used Trello off and on to track feature requests. I personally use it to organize weekly priorities. It’s easy and flexible. Over time though, we needed more advanced features. Still, it’s a great entry point for visual task management that’s easy to pick up.

Whimsical
Whimsical helped my team map out wireframes and decision trees. I personally used it for brainstorming flows during product design. It’s fast and visual, which we really liked. I just wish there were more customization options for exports. Still, a very useful creative tool.

ClickUp
My team used ClickUp for sprint tracking. I personally liked the task hierarchy and time tracking. The platform has a lot of depth, but it can feel overwhelming. We had issues with notification overload and setup complexity. It's okay, but not our favorite.

Hypefury
We tried Hypefury to schedule content on Twitter. I used it to queue up some of our weekly tips. The interface is simple, but we hit limits on customization. My team wanted more flexibility with threads. It works, but other tools offer better control.

My team gave Bardeen a try to automate some recurring tasks. I used it to set up calendar workflows and data pulls. It’s a powerful idea, but it sometimes breaks without clear feedback. The interface could use better guidance. We’ll keep testing, but it’s not there yet.
