I ve been thinking about how much control businesses actually want over their CRM.

With SaaS CRMs, you get convenience, but you re also tied to their pricing, infrastructure, roadmap, and data policies. With an open-source, self-hosted CRM, you get much more control and flexibility, but you also take on more responsibility.
