I am Andy Pirie, founder of SetpointHQ and a recruitment marketer of 20 years. I work where employer brand meets candidate acquisition: building the value proposition, the channels and the measurement that get the right people to apply. I support recruiters and talent teams rather than recruit myself, and that vantage point is the whole point of what I build. Across two decades in-house and agency side, I scaled an employer value proposition from £12m to £100m and beyond, and drove 107% application growth while cutting time to hire by more than half. I have now distilled that experience into SetpointHQ: self-serve tools, a consulting ladder, and Pro, which measures how visible employer brands are to AI and search.
