ProductHunt Users Beware: Synthesia Warning - Fraudulent and Unprofessional Service! I feel compelled to warn fellow ProductHunt users about my recent experience with Synthesia. Not only did I find their service to be of poor quality and unprofessional, but when I requested a refund, I was met with what appears to be a fraudulent scheme. Initially, they agreed to process my refund within five days. However, this deadline came and went with no refund in sight. When I attempted to follow up, I was met with automated messages claiming they were "busy" and would "get back to me in a few days." Unfortunately, these promises have proven to be empty, and I am left feeling deceived and frustrated. It is disheartening to see a company on ProductHunt engage in such unethical practices. I urge all users to be cautious when considering doing business with Synthesia. Do your due diligence and research before committing to any purchase, as you may find yourself in a similar situation, battling a company that seems to prioritize deception over customer satisfaction.
