It's a fantastic product with only two flaws.
1. They are insistent on not allowing users to have a unified inbox. I don't get it, but that's the decision they're making.
2. The way they rolled out the new pricing was bad. Instead of adding a tier with new or improved features, they took away features users already had and locked these old features behind a more expensive tier. If you liked the product you were paying for, you had to join the new tier to keep using it. Otherwise, you were severely downgraded. Even features that had been around for ages like "recent opens" that didn't require AI usage. Just a wild anti-customer thing to do.

It's abandonware at this point. They're more than happy to take your subscription money, but they don't show up for scheduled onboarding calls anymore, the guidance provided by the founder over email to address usability issues isn't accurate, and the core experience is lacking. Extensions rarely work, it's laggy, and effective customer service is nonexistent.
This is unacceptable for a product that asks for a monthly subscription.
What needs improvement
slow performance (3)subscription model (1)buggy experience (5)lack of customer support (2)limited extension support (5)
