Hello, A year ago, I traded my 9-to-5 software engineering job for a 5-to-9 start-up routine. So far, I've built GoModel (launching soon here) and this product consumes 100% of my time. In the past I worked for many companies as a software engineer. Some of them are Sabre, WorldRemit and GPC. Recently, I've been exploring ways to optimize AI requests/prompts/workflows to save money (prompt compression, intelligent/smart routing, semantic caching etc). A few months ago I was at Tech Week in Boston and New York and I love this initiative. I'm planning my trip to Tech Week in SF and LA in October. Who is coming there?
Some founders build to run the company for decades. Others already have an acquisition, a certain valuation, or even a type of buyer in mind.
I usually think more about building something that works first. But I can also see how the exit you want could change the company you build from day one.
