As a tester, I work on Jira a minimum of 4 days a week. While it is really easy and convenient to track the tickets and bugs' progress and keep it in one place, the logging of bugs takes a lot of time as Jira is starting to throw errors while uploading media and making the process lengthier. Also, they should work on improving it for Linux users so that we can add screen recordings directly. Otherwise, it's good with all its other features like different project boards for easier project management, their sprint planning and tracking template, and many more templates. Their confluence for keeping documentation also in one perfect place and allowing restricted access makes life easier and simpler. And their app is also quite user-friendly!

As a Project Analyst, I have a number of tasks at hand and in priority along with different teams or within teams different members or different domains, it's a hassle to manage on the docs or sheets or even penning them down. But using Trello, it's been really useful with the different PM templates and the way we can create our tasks as checklists or any other format. Plus with different cards and pipeline stages that can be created, it becomes easier to track and process it mentally by just seeing it once. Lastly, I love the satisfaction I get by scratching that out with just the click of the box.

As a non-designer, it's made my life very easy with the templates already present to help align my thinking. And with some sudden epiphanies that am hit with, can be turned into visuals easily and conveniently. As am part of the social media strategies, and with no experience in video editing, Canva comes to the rescue with it's flexible and easy-to-use features. Lastly, apart from my professional life, it's helped me a lot in college life too, to stand out with good presentations and resume templates. Overall, it's a good savior tool and the go-to for any last-moment visuals needed, as it has varied and custom-sized image generation!
