I ve been building Intent Lens, a tool that analyses audience intent, and I kept running into the same problem even great founders write content that doesn t convert! Not because it s badly written but because it s written for the wrong intent.

Here s what I mean:

• A founder writes a What is X? article but their audience is already comparing solutions.

• Another writes a detailed comparison blog but their audience just wants a simple explainer.

• Or someone writes a killer landing page but their readers are still in learning mode.

On Reddit, vibe is everything. Communities can sniff out inauthenticity instantly. But here s the problem: how do you know what your vibe actually is?

I just read that Poland wants to launch a pilot project of a 4-day work week from January 2026 (although a 4-hour work week would sound better).

I want to ask if any of you in your company have tried this concept of a shorter work week, and how it has affected the results of your employees and the company?

As the thread suggests I will introduce myself. I am long time coder and marketer usually building websites and marketing content, full-stack frontend and backend using PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS etc, I have been creating web apps for an age for smaller companies and start-ups so it's now my time to put a few projects out there that I am working-on.
The first will be my desktop Image Compression and Conversion software called "LLM Image Optimizer", it goes way beyond a simple web tool, its a full desktop app for MacOS and Windows and also includes built-in image editing, annotations and watermarking, and screen capture features, what cool it that it provides image analytics so you can really se how much money it saves you, from AI Token Cost Saving to Load Times on websites and bandwidth savings.
I built it because I wanted to reduce my AI Token usage costs when building apps with tools like Cursor, as screen grabbing images and posting them as context can be costly, so my app creates a streamlines approach that saves you money in the long term. Its not just for developers, I worked as a wedding photographer for a few years too and found the jumping between apps to optimize images for the website portfolio was extremely time consuming, especially when you want to do a large batch of edits, so my app ticks that box too.
Anyway, without waffling on too much, I am keen to hook-up with other PH users so any collabs and hunters (if thats still a thing now?).

I was working a day job until July 7th until I decided athat if my company was actually going to make it - I had to put in 100% fulltime + work. 3 wees later We got our first paid customer.
