Looks amazing @achuthanand_ravi, congrats on the launch. Just wondering, 1) is there a capability to manage incentives for referrals from employees 2) i probably missed it but whats the pricing model?

Congrats on the launch. The website is great, nice and fast. Plenty of features and good content. One small piece of feedback, a short explainer video for the conversational ticketing integration covering the set up and a couple of use cases would be super helpful IMHO.

Find some excellent co founders who are domain experts where you are not, ship fast and early and spend as much time as possible talking to customers/users, look for 1% better in everything you do everyday and stay lean for as long as possible (3 high output high performing founders will out perform a team 5x their size any day of the week).

Congrats on the launch @kenzofong, just wondering, you mentioned hundreds of improvements over the last year, any in particular that you recommend we check out or that you are most proud of?
