Smarter way to manage your product!

If you re working with CAD files, BOMs, design changes, or cross-functional collaboration, you probably know how messy things get with spreadsheets, shared drives, and disconnected tools. That s exactly the problem we re trying to solve.

Nora IPLM helps teams:

  • Centralize CAD files and product data

  • Manage BOMs and revisions without chaos

  • Streamline product workflows across engineering and operations

  • Get PLM benefits without heavy setup or infrastructure

Your product data, in one unified workplace.

Early hardware development is exciting, but let s be honest, it gets messy fast.

Files live in 10 different places, versions get mixed up, BOM edits slip through, approvals lag and suddenly the quick fix takes a whole day.

That s exactly why we built Nora IPLM. It pulls everything into one clean, structured workflow so your team can move without the usual chaos. And yeah, we re giving 6 months of full access free for early-stage teams who want to build without friction.

How do you remind yourself of the value of your time and money?

This question is semi-philosophical, but I recall my ex-classmate she had quite rich parents and really didn't need to work. As an only child, she had everything first (all technology, all pricy vacations, they even bought her own flat in 18 + car). Since she had a lot of money from her parents and a lot of free time, she only enjoyed life (some dr*gs and other stuff). As a person, she didn't look like someone who would appreciate money or time at all because it was "normal" to have everything from all above mentioned.

(And I don't want to sound bad, but I honestly don't know what skill she would have that she could use to make a living - the only thing she was really good at was being sassy, which, oddly enough, earned some people's respect.)

Launched My “Live Resume” and Hit #6, Need Honest Feedback on my Project and Idea!!

Hey everyone

Yesterday I launched something weirdly simple but surprisingly powerful, a resume that never dies.

You download the PDF once
and it keeps updating itself forever.
Projects, skills, links, everything stays alive.

The launch went way better than I expected (we even hit the top charts (#6 )), and I m insanely grateful to everyone who checked it out, messaged, upvoted, or just got curious for a second

Building Nora IPLM: The Honest Story

When we started building Nora IPLM, we thought the hardest part would be the technology.

Integrating CAD, automating BOM changes, managing complex workflows these are challenges, but they are ultimately solvable problems.

Turns out, the biggest hurdle was entirely human: getting people to care.

Why We Built Nora IPLM

For years, we have seen small and mid-sized manufacturers struggle with managing product data across spreadsheets, scattered documents, emails, and multiple tools. Teams lose time searching for the right file, engineering changes cause confusion, and product releases get delayed, not due to capability but due to chaos.

We built Nora IPLM to simplify product lifecycle management for real hardware teams, without complexity, long implementations, or enterprise pricing.

With AI-powered document intelligence, Nora IPLM can automatically extract part details, classify files, and identify changes across revisions. It helps teams stay accurate and aligned without manual effort.

Hi Product Hunt! Happy to connect and share my work in PLM & product development!

Hello everyone, I m Manoj someone who s spent the last 16 years working across product design, manufacturing, and PLM, and genuinely enjoying the mix of engineering and digital transformation.

Most of my journey has been around CAD design, PLM systems, and supporting teams through real-world product development challenges. I ve worked hands-on with tools like Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, Windchill, Teamcenter, and EPDM, and I love figuring out how all these systems connect to make product data flow the way it should. Over time, I ve become passionate about how good PLM practices can make engineering teams faster, clearer, and more confident in what they build.

I m always excited to connect with people working in product development, PLM, CAD, manufacturing, or digital engineering. If you re building something interesting in this space or just want to talk PLM, I d love to chat.

I have learnt full-stack development in 90 days and you can do it too.

It took me 3 failed and 1 successful attempts.

Thanks to our AI overlord, I ship several thousands of lines of code everyday

My background: 15 years in tech working from digital marketing to product designing and management. I had practical experience of entire software development lifecycle, just didn't know how to code.
