I think PH is great as it is, with user community comments and reviews of the products. What would be a plus is, probably, if you have a PH team that reviews some products that might be useful for the community. Something like: - Top 5 / Top 10 upcoming products that PH think could be a hit. - Top 5 / Top 10 upcoming products that could be worth checking out. - Top 5 / Top 10 upcoming products...

I used to have 1000+ bookmarked on my browser but found that I can not locate the ones I am interested in. So I created a to-do list app and e-notes app with categories and a searchable database with the URL of the content I was reading. The to-do list app, to keep on reminding me about the content. Trusting your team, even in the office setup, existed pre-covid. There should be no difference in trusting your team to perform as good, outside the office. Given that some team members might be more efficient working in the office for whatever reasons, a hybrid setup is good. Others, who perform better in WFH, can stay WFH.
