Everything you need to know about how to do business as told by the founder of IMG, one of the largest sports management firms in the world. I always suggest this book for salespeople to read. In my opinion, you only need this to understand sales and how to do business.

Good luck with the launch. I like this product as currently we have different threads on slack, teams and outlook - this is a good way to avoid thoughts getting lost. Have only looked at your extensive documentation and videos so far but we will be trying this out.
