I ran an animation studio for 18 years — around 1,200 short films — and spent most of it fighting tools that didn't fit how a studio actually works. So we built our own. It replaced chat, tasks and the money side, and saved us about $400K in four years. That system became runevr: a real-time collaborative workspace with agentic AI teammates. My studio still runs on it. Also building pagenth — a programmable visual platform for sites, docs and knowledge systems.

🚭 Can makers afford bad habits?

When you work a regular office job, you have some natural boundaries.

You finish work on Friday, and there s a whole weekend ahead.

Maybe you have a few drinks on Friday night, stay up late, skip your workout, or just do whatever you want.
