I m a senior Computer Science student based in Turkey. Like many of you, I value focus and minimalism in my digital life.
When I looked for apps to read sacred texts or daily verses, I was frustrated. Most were cluttered, visually overwhelming, and filled with loud, inappropriate ads that break the very peace the reader is seeking.
So, I decided to build Qitz. It s my attempt at creating a "digital sanctuary" a purely minimalist reader with 16 languages, careful typography, and a True Dark Mode. I spent my final year stashed away in my room, coding this solo using Flutter and Riverpod.
