The Problem

I spent weeks vibe-coding pretty apps no one wanted. Shipped a slick habit tracker zero users. Turns out timing is everything. I started reading social trends and app store rankings before building, and it finally clicked: pick recently viral, high revenue apps, then win with new features and geographies.

Every 1st of the month, I have a little ritual: I open hunted.space and check past years launches for that month.

Looking at September 2024, one thing stood out: it was incredibly strong.
