
I like the concept of pre-vetting candidates based on their fit to culture, but I am concerned with the method. I think this needs to be done full-auto by data science and extensive background checks, because surveys leave a lot of space for bias.
I still think this is a great product that can hugely shorten the recruitment pipeline but it could have its side-effects
