You checked the reviews on Udemy, bought a course, and found that the instructor is hard to understand, and the presented code is outdated and no longer works. Depends if this is just a short episode or a long one. For short I just stop forcing myself to work, I do whatever I feel like doing at the moment. If I don't feel like doing anything I just let myself procrastinate for some days and I try to find hapinnes in small things like food, meeting with people etc.
