I like where you are going with the Wave Button concept. What would be REALLY helpful for me, is to have our customers be able to hit a "Wave Button" on their smartphones so they can film something they are having an issue with, and then send it to our support desk without having to worry about anything technical. Nothing out in the market like this... not that I know of anyway. And Craig does an excellent job of communicating updates and enhancements on a regular basis. Great product!

Could I use Awario to find all instances of a unique #hashtag that my customers are posting in their various social accounts? And if so, would their be a way to automatically transfer that data into a google spreadsheet with fields like .... person's name or handle ... permalink to their social post or comment ... date of post ???
