The ability to branding my own video call session and is awesome!!!

My client impressed the way how things displayed during the video call session and having smooth video call using 24 Sessions is the most important!

Pros:

1. Video Call & Audio quality is good

2. Booking tied to my own calendar

3. Branding, Feedback & email summary follow up is very useful!

Cons:

1. Video call on mobile without the app is not available yet

2. Video Call doesn't work only on my Safari browser

As an earlier adopter of the system, I've been using 24sessions for just shy of a year.

It's been great, it's constantly being improved and is supported by a super responsive team.

I've used booking forms attached to the site so clients can book in for a Ruler Analytics demo directly from the form completion; but also have the outbound time booking time in my diary for clients.

I generally use it for screen share and audio, but I've also used the video option when my WiFi is stable enough - gets a great response and adds to the person-ability you get putting a face to a name.

Pros:

Easy Access, Combines the benefits of several systems, Very responsive team

Cons:

Sometimes the initial connection takes longer than expected, but not a biggie!

I was looking for a service where I could invite a customer via a link to a video chat where I could screen share. It's even better as the customer can book an appointment themselves. I saw a review by WPcrafter on his youtube channel and realised the scope of 24 sessions for my business. This really is one of those times where I cant believe how lucky I am to have come across this as its just so useful in my business. It also makes me look good to my customers as it has a professional look and feel which is very important not only that it is secure but it looks professional. The fact that banks and insurance companies in Europe also use it is comforting as they are even more strict than Australia about compliance etc.

Pros:

Excellent video in Australia, good screen sharing, custom emails, custom forms customers love it, great secure video for financial services

Cons:

I really hope my competitors don't get this..

One of the best video chat software out there. Eliminates the need to have two separate solutions for calendar management and then for the actual video chat software...
