I remember the first several times I was doing claims and now - there's a huge improvement in UX. It's much more intuitive and quicker to complete. Feels like you need to fill in less information and only the important one. I like that you can easily follow claim progress, get updates via email. Support is also fast to reply.

Haha, I love the fact that you are including t-shirt size in the profile information :D On a more serious note - congratulations on the launch! I really like the idea of profiles and especially the how to work with me section. Makes it so much easier to connect more effectively and get to know your colleagues in such an easy way for everyone involved. Amazing!
