I'm Paul — a non-technical founder based in Texas with a simple mission: give service professionals the tools that actually help them win business. I've watched photographers, contractors, consultants, and coaches lose deals not because their work isn't good — but because the proposal experience let them down. Generic documents. No visibility. Sent into silence. I built Close to fix that. Not because I had a background in software — but because I saw a real problem and refused to wait for someone else to solve it. My goal is to make Close the default proposal tool for every service pro sending $1K-$150K custom deals. To give them the same intelligence and presence that big agencies have — without the big agency price tag. We're early. Growing fast. And just getting started.
