PorkChop was inspired by my grandfather Fred, who brought traditional Italian cooking techniques when he immigrated. He patiently taught me to cook, passing down generations of culinary wisdom. As a butcher, I saw these teaching moments and techniques vanishing from modern kitchens. I created this app to preserve his legacy of education and support the small, hyperlocal markets he cherished....
