ORCHEXIS: Business need to Execution

About

Business systems leader, doctoral candidate, PMP®, and founder of ORCHEXIS. I work at the intersection of business analysis, project delivery, technology, governance, and organizational execution. I’m building ORCHEXIS to help organizations move from business need to governed execution—connecting project intake, charters, requirements, decisions, artifacts, and executive insight in one platform. Interested in SaaS, leadership, AI, enterprise systems, and building better ways for organizations to execute strategy.

Why do project teams keep recreating the same information?

One workflow problem I keep seeing is that project information gets documented repeatedly. The business need and scope may start in a charter, then get rewritten in a BRD, SOW, project plan, and implementation documentation.

I m exploring whether approved project information should become structured data that automatically carries forward into the next project artifact rather than forcing PMs and business analysts to start from a blank document each time.

When is the right time to launch on Product Hunt?

Because building products has become much more accessible thanks to AI, the bar has had to rise a bit, or at least the expectations have become stricter.

I built my own tool  SafeLimit, but personally, I wouldn t launch it on Product Hunt yet because it s still very basic and doesn t even have a website.
