The Reason I'm posting a ONE STAR Rating for LUMA AI is not because of its AI Text to Image Generator, or Image to Video Generator. Both are Mid at best, there are better out there, and they can always evolve over time. The reason I am giving LUMA AI a ONE STAR rating is because they have some very suspicious activity going on within their Platform. Allow me to pin-point the exact reasons for my statement, which ended up in an immediate Cancelation of my Subscription, and a Demand for a Full Refund after only being on Luma AI for One Damn Day. #1: Luma AI HIDES how much or how many Credits you are being Charged per action. So you don't know how many credits you're using for the creation of an Image or a Video. Thus they make you operate their tools blindfolded, and hope you run out of Credits for your Calendar Month. This is when they conveniently offer you the option to BUY MORE CREDITS on top of the Monthly Credits that have mysteriously vanished. #2: Personally, I was on the Light Program which gave me 3.200 Credits per month to utilize daily for 30 or 31 days. Since I was new to Luma AI I was testing the textures and imagery of their AI's Test to Image prior to jumping to make 5 to 10 second videos, because there's no purpose of making a Video of poor quality or low quality images that don't fit your specific requirements. #3: In total I created 56 Images, and 5 Videos. Suddenly, out of nowhere 11 Unwatchable Videos appeared on my Page with Prompts that I would never have generated, as I deal in Live Action, Realistic Imagery, and not inanimate objects , such as Cars or Flowers. Once I researched this odd & mysterious addition of 11 unknown Videos to my Account, I attempted to contact Customer Support, and everything went downhill from there. #4: I could tell IMMEDIATELY that this was their PLAN ALL ALONG. They forcibly exhaust your Credits intentionally, then turn around and say; "You can buy more Credits here." SCAMMING their own Customers. UNLESS you are a UNLIMITED Member...which is their Most Expensive Tier. This why I CANCELLED my Subscription after only 24 hrs. being with LUMA AI. Take heed of my experience.
