From a physicist to (also) a founder.

Hey! I am a theoretical physicist, founder and a bootstrapper.
Even worse, a solopreneur haha
What do you think about my launch today?

Getting ready to launch on PH, what’s your best launch advice?

Hey everyone I m Omar, cofounder of Ticmint. We re getting ready to launch our self-service model that gives events of all sizes a fully branded ticketing experience with complete data ownership.

I know many of you have launched products here before, and I d love to learn from your experience. What s the one piece of advice you wish you had before your first Product Hunt launch?

I’m Jose, founder of Norte

Hi Product Hunt community!

Last winter, standing at a rental car counter with a friend, I watched him nervously pick the full coverage just in case.

I rent cars a few times a year, and I knew that feeling very well. Even asking support from my Amex support chat left me more confused.

So I went down a rabbit hole the past few months. The rabbit hole became Norte the world s first Personal Coverage Intelligence Platform. It pulls data from your credit cards, personal insurance, and geographical/contextual intelligence to show you exactly what protection you have. In 2 minutes instead of hours of fine print.

Love simple apps for content creation

Hey! I m Lynn, a content manager who s all about telling cool stories and finding awesome products that actually make life easier. I spend my days juggling content plans and hunting for tools that help me and others get stuff done without the hassle.

I m a big fan of simple, smart apps like those that keep my notes neat or automate boring tasks so I can focus on the fun parts. Plus, I love tools that spark creativity or just add a bit of joy to the day.

Joining Product Hunt is my way to stay in the loop on the coolest new things and connect with folks who are just as excited about products as I am. Looking forward to discovering and sharing cool finds with you all!

Are startup accelerators still worth it in 2025?

Lately there s been a growing wave of skepticism around VCs, Y Combinator, and accelerators in general. And to be fair: I get it.

We now live in an age where almost everything you need to learn can be found online. The gatekeepers are fewer, the knowledge is everywhere, and solo builders have never been more empowered.
