AdGuard is less resource intensive than any browser extension, and applies the same rules consistently across the OS (be it MacOS or Windows) in multiple browsers and other applications, if desired. I also love the fact it supports userscripts without the need for any browser extensions.

Did you ever imagine an app to do something in a very particular way, before then discovering it actually existed? Database admins: meet TablePlus.
TablePlus is hands-down the best database management software I've used. MariaDB, not MySQL? Sure thing. Redis? Yep. Mongo? Yep. Connecting over SSH? No problem.
TablePlus is great, both on MacOS and iPadOS. You can even enter your desktop license key in the iOS/iPadOS version to unlock the premium features on iOS without paying twice!

I used Dropshare for years and I have multiple licenses for it, but have largely migrated away from it since I came to use my iPad as much as my MacBooks. Dropshare is available on iOS too, so I figured this would be a solution; except the iOS version requires a separate monthly subscription and there is no option to activate my desktop license on the iOS version. Conversely, if I were a Setapp subscriber, I would have full access to both apps on both MacOS and iOS, but the same privilege is not afforded to permanent MacOS license holders.
